The Co.

IN.FORM is a leading professional development firm, focused on outcome based training. Meaning, we develop learning solutions to help you achieve specific and measurable results. Our expertise is in: leadership, strategy, change and education.

A next generation professional development company

We don’t train with the hope of creating change. We work with you to articulate the strategic change you would like to see, then we train to that outcome. The difference may seem slight. It’s not. Outcome based training requires experienced practice, helping participants discover not just what to do, but who and how to be. Our solutions are tailored to your unique organization. Learners leave our workshops with direction for tomorrow and actions for today. We organize our services into the focus areas that align with our expertise.

This is professional development like you have never seen it before. The ripple effect will have a resounding effect on turnover, culture and career activation.
